I bought tickets without an account.
Use the order link in your confirmation email, or choose Look up an order on your event’s ticket page. Keep your order code handy.
How do I find a ticket someone sent me?
Open received tickets and sign in with the email address the transfer was sent to. Use the latest code from the transfer email; an old screenshot may no longer be valid.
What should I check before I arrive?
Check your event’s page or confirmation for gate times, the right entrance, parking, bag rules and accessibility information. Save your tickets before you leave. For anything unclear, ask the event organizer.
I need to change my booking or request a refund.
Contact the organizer listed on your confirmation. Include your order number. Changes and refunds depend on that event’s policy; Cue cannot change a booking.
